Mind your fitness has limited places per intake so that firstly, each of you will gain the level of coaching you deserve. The second reason is more of a selfish one in that I’d like to get to know you all properly and you can’t do that in a group that’s too large.

Places are allocated at first come first served.

Intakes start on the first Monday of the following months:

  • January
  • April
  • July
  • October

The course lasts for 12 weeks and I’m asking you to make a commitment of 3 months payment up front. 

This is for your own accountability. 

I am not selling you a quick fix. can’t teach you everything I need to teach you in one month. I’m not giving you a set of calories and sending you on your way. I’m giving you knowledge so that you can make your own decisions about what life will look like. I’m giving you options so that you’ll feel empowered and will finally feel like you’ve found the answer.

Less than £2 a day to invest in yourself and your future. You’re not signing up just to get weighed every week (in fact, I’d love to coach you all right through to an end point where you don’t need to weigh at all). You’re signing up to learn something and this may just be the very LAST TIME you spend money learning to diet or build your physique.


Mind Your Fitness 12 week facebook group

£12.50 per week for your first 3 months membership, paid in full.

We now have a pay monthly option!

After that, continued membership and coaching in Mind Your Fitness is just £6.25 per week (payable monthly at £25). If you wish to leave the group at the end of the 12 weeks, simply cancel your subscription or contact me and I will do that for you no hard feelings. Mind Your Fitness is DESIGNED so that you are SUPPOSED to leave once you’ve learned everything you need.
