Welcome to Mind Your Fitness

Mind Your Fitness is a program that integrates mindset, fitness and nutrition. It is split into two parts. The first is the “Mind Your Fitness Class”: a 12 week course that aims to teach you everything you need to know, to never have to pay for something like this ever again.

There are three intakes a year. There are only 50 places per intake so that each of you gain the level of coaching you deserve. Places are allocated at first come first served.

You’ll gain:

  • An extensive amount of knowledge into fitness, nutrition and mindset topics surrounding health.
  • 24/7 access to the exclusive facebook group; a small intake of 50 people all learning the same thing and on the same journey.
  • 3-6 video tutorials each week on the three pillars of Mind Your Fitness (nutrition, fitness, mindset). Videos range from 5-15minutes each. You do not have to watch them all, you get to choose the ones you are interested in.
  • The power to achieve your goals and work them around YOUR lifestyle. The fun doesn’t have to stop for you to get the physique you desire.
  • Accountability.
  • Private mindset coaching from me for more sensitive topics.

  • Basics of nutrition- you’ll be able to spot a fad diet or useless supplement easily and never get ripped off again.
  • Tailored calorie and macro targets to suit your goal.
  • Achieving your goals through non-tracking methods.
  • Information on supplements.
  • Debunking nutritional myths.
  • Menopause and fat loss
  • How to enjoy nights out drinking and still lose weight.

Fitness

  • How many reps or sets is best
  • Training for hypertrophy
  • What exercise is best for fat loss.
  • Identifying the right kind of exercise for you.
  • Fitness challenges
  • The most effective exercise to burn calories

Mindset

  • Goal setting
  • Mental preperation
  • Self Sabotage
  • Willpower and motivation
  • Habit formation
  • Binge eating disorder
  • Orthorexia
  • Bulimia
  • Dealing with negative emotions
  • Gym fear – how to deal with the anxiety or nerves surrounding entering the gym.
  • Changing your relationship with food
  • How to talk about food around your children.

Once you’ve completed the Mind Your Fitness Class, you will graduate into the family group. This is a separate facebook group that contains a huge library of more advanced topics to get your teeth stuck into. It also contains all of the information from the 12 week course should you wish to revisit any of it. This will be at a reduced rate of £15 per month for as long as you wish to remain a part of it.
